REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) through this Request for Proposal (RFP) is soliciting proposals from eligible applicants for projects that meet U.S. - Mexico Border 2012 Program goals and objectives. Eligible participants will be able to submit project proposals directly to the BECC as specified in the enclosed RFP.
