Region IX has conducted an evaluation of
the environmental impacts and has circulated a Finding of No Significant Impact
(FNSI) in relation to the construction
of a wastewater collection system in Gadsden, Arizona. The environmental
assessment, as well as the FNSI can be accessed directly from the EPA home page

environmental review of the project is strictly the
responsibility of EPA and BECC provides this link for informational purposes
only. The BECC assumes no responsibility for the contents of the EA or the
FNSI.
