Techical Assistance
BECC’s Technical Assistance Program is intended to help communities develop their project to the level required for certification. Technical assistance can be granted for:

· Environmental Assessments (EA)
· Technical, Economic and Financial Feasibility Studies
· Preliminary and Final Design Studies
· Evaluation of Social and Sustainability aspects of a project
· Public Participation Programs
· Operation and Maintenance Programs
· Institutional capacity building

The technical assistance program is funded through contributions from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and through the BECC’s operating budget.
